The Litigation Legal Secretary must be skilled in electronic filings, records management, and maintaining strict confidentiality. Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and solid interpersonal skills are essential. A high school diploma is required, with some college or a PLS certificate preferred.

Description:
Law firm has an immediate need for a Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of 3 years law firm experience. Litigation Legal Secretary will provide confidential administrative support as it pertains to secretarial tasks, compose and prepare documents, federal litigation e-filings, prepare hearing and trial notebooks, schedule depositions to include coordination of court reporters and videographers, maintain calendars and dockets, travel, lodging, transportation and meal arrangements, enter input of attorney time and any other duties as assigned. Thorough knowledge of legal terminology is essential. Litigation Legal Secretary must have the ability to learn and use databases and have excellent proofreading skills. Strong organizational and decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize and work well under deadlines and time constraints are essential.
