Candidate must have at least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience with in-courtroom trial experience, a college degree or paralegal certificate is a plus, or equivalent experience of three years of additional experience; strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, iManage and Outlook; experience working with trial presentation, availability for overtime hours and travel, as needed. Superior verbal, written and organizational skills are a must. Experience billing 150 per month consistently.

Description:
Law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support several civil litigation attorneys, handling cases in state and federal court. The successful candidate will have three or more years of litigation paralegal experience, included actual in-courtroom trial experience. Litigation Paralegal will assist in all aspects of the litigation process, including providing support for attorneys in the discovery process, motion practice, as well as hearings, mediations, trials, and arbitrations. Litigation Paralegal will maintain calendars and schedules, draft pleadings, discovery and correspondence, summarize depositions, review medical records and compile evidence and supporting information.
