Job Requirements
Ideal candidate will have at least two to three years of litigation experience in the field of personal injury. Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting with the litigation docket, helping with negotiations pre-litigation, and client handling. Associate Attorney must be comfortable with litigation, from filing to trial. First chair trial experience on at least a handful of cases is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a passion for client satisfaction and a proven drive to succeed and produce.
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree (i.e. JD)
- Texas State Bar licensed
- 2-3 years Plaintiff's personal injury experience
- Results oriented, self-starter, with a high level of initiative
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must manage highly confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Ability and willingness to "hit the ground running"
- Associate Attorney must have willingness to handle all aspects of litigation.
- Preferred Qualifications (Preferred, but not necessary.)
- Experience with Needles case management software
